London Transit is inviting proposals from qualified Consulting Engineering/Architectural firms to act as the prime consultant for the design, tender call, supervision and demolition and construction of a new facility for the administration, operation, maintenance and storage of buses at 450 Highbury Avenue North in the City of London. The objectives for the proposal are, through a functional planning process, to develop a functional and efficient building design that will meet the requirements of the owner and to develop a phased construction plan that will provide for the ability to continue to operate from the existing facility while construction is ongoing.
